These are a few of my favorite things!

“These are a Few of my favorite Foods”

To our bodies, our movements
And sometimes the feelings so deep you think you could die~
Stay ALIVE~ EAT LIVE FOODS DAILY
Getting to the truth of whole food~ make it yourself, then you will always know!

Shake up the DayBeverage
1 C Almonds, sunflowr seeds (soaked 4-8hrs) & rinsed several times
5 figs or 1 T Honey Raw
1/3 Vanilla Bean (optional but well worth it)
1 tsp Cinnimon
1 tsp cardamon
Blend all the above in the blender or just the seeds/nuts in a processor then put them in the blender with the rest of ingredients.

Nutnog (from Truelivinghealthproducts.com)
1 quart of protein beverage
6 Dates or 1 T raw honey
3 banananas
½ t Nutmeg
½ Vanilla Bean or extract
¼ turmeric Serves 4~

Chai
1 cup of soaked sunfower seeds
4 Dates
3 cups of water~
1sp cinnamon
1 t Cardamon crushed to powder
1t Vanilla Extract
2 T Carob Flower Raw
Blend all ingredients to make a protein chai for a day of energy!

Califlower Popcorn (from Truelivinghealthproducts recipes)
1 Cauliflower, florets chopped
1 T Flax or Sunflower oil
1 T Nutritional yeast
½ t Salt
1t each: Paprika, Cumin Tumeric (add which ever spices you like, i chose these) etc. Onion/garlic powder

Scrambled Non-cooked non-dairy Eggs (Truelivinghealthproducts.com)
1 C Almonds or walnuts (soaked)
½ C Sunflower Seeeds soaked
½ t salt
1 t Tumeric
½ c water
¼ c Cilantro
2 T scallions or green onions
2 c Spinach or collards or kale, or combo(soak in lemon juice + olive oil)
Process top 5 ingredients and mix the next 3 serve over greens

Have a Great Day Breakfast Cereal
½ cup Quinoa soaked/sprouted for 4 hours or over night
1 cup of soaked oat groats over night
¼ t salt
1 t cinnamon + cardamon
¼ cup waluts
3 T Carob powder
1 t vanilla bean
Enough water as desired thickness after processed in food processor
1 T Honey raw
Can have local fresh fruit on top as well and subsititute any nuts desired adding figs or raisens.


Kale KrunchSalad
1 batch of Kale raw and soaked in oil + ½ t cayenne
1/4 cup pumkin seeds + sunflower seeds if desired both
(chop in processor)
4 garlic gloves crushed
½ lemon juiced
¼ cup roasted seseme seeds
2 t Olive Oil
½ t Salt
1t tumeric, cumin + paprika
Mix and serve just warmed below 110 degrees or chilled and grilled veggies added + possible Tahini dressing for options~ Great with sprinkles of deydrated flax crackers made with salt + herbs (thyme, sage..etc)

A B C Keep ya well salad!
¼ c Apples chopped
2 cups Brocolli, chopped
½ c sunflower seeds grinded
1/4 Red onion chopped
3 Garlic cloves crushed2
3 radishes
¼ c sprouts
¼ c Parsley
¼ c lemon juice squeezed
2 T Shoyu Sauce
Mix and serve

Get Grounded,Root Salad

Same as above just using in season root vegetables
Add Avocado chopped and serve over quinoa or rice/amaranth
Could be served in a tortilla with roasted pepper sauce using soaked peppers adding salt etc.

All salads I also add some or all : Dill, powder, Nutritional yeast, dulse, basil + some time, thyme...heehee

Spice it Up Seed-Nut Salad~
3 C Sunflower Seeds + 1 almonds sprouted
5 Celery Stalks chopped wedge cut
6 Green onions or any
2 T Parsley or more
½ lemon juiced
Dash of Cayenne P
3 Garlic cloves;crushed
1.T Dulse flakes can add kelp powder or flake
Avo Mayo (sauces section)
Process to fine and serves 4-6

On The Road Again,Salsa Wrap
Veggies like corn,cucumbers,zucchini, onion, garlic, mushrooms over a wrap spread with tahini and ½ t Shoyu Sause topped with your sprout/spinach/kale topping with a seed, quinoa or amaranth, couscous..have avo and fixen’s. Salsa see sauces. Also Tabboulough in there~~side with some sprouted beans~
